Free post on UK orders over £50 when code Free50 is used at checkout. All parcels are sent boxed, they are collected from our collection point at 3 pm daily between Monday - Friday. We use high quality packing boxes; all inclusion packaging has been reused and recycled. We collect and reuse bubble wrap, pillow bags, and packaging materials that we receive from our suppliers We aim to process orders the same day or within 24 hours. Pencils, high value desirable items are sent track and traced or signed for, all parcels up to 2kg are sent via Royal Mail business service.

Parcels weighing 1kg - 2 kg are posted by 2nd class Royal Mail service
Parcels weighing over 2 kg are sent via a courier service

Missing Parcel Policy In the unfortunate event of a missing parcel please contact us via admin@paperstory.co.uk We will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours. If a parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of posting, we will be requires make a claim with the Royal Mail or courier for the missing items and offer a replacement if possible or refund of the item ordered. The customer will be required to make a statement that they have not received the parcel to aid our missing parcel claim. If an incorrect delivery address has been provided, a claim for replacement or refund will not be actioned. However, if the parcel is returned to PaperStory we will make contact to discuss re posting.

Returns and Refunds
You may cancel the order within 14 days, unless the order has been made specifically for you or a special bespoke supply order. Please notify PaperStory and return the item in its unused condition within its original packaging. It is the buyers’ responsibility to pay for return postage on non-faulty items and for its safe arrival. A full refund will be issued by PaperStory receiving the returned item in the condition is was sent.


In the case of faulty goods, the goods need to be returned to PaperStory. Once the item has been returned, the buyer will be issued a full refund, including the return postage cost. Please contact PaperStory before returning any items.
We make every effort to insure the safe arrival of goods. Should a fault arise or be identified, the buyer should make contact with PaperStory within 30 days of purchase, to make a claim based on any defect in the quality, or condition of the goods. Please notify PaperStory in writing on discovery of the defect, we will respond to the claim within 24 hours. Admin@paperstory.co.uk This does not affect manufacturer warrantee, we work closely with all our partners and distributors. PaperStory are authorised distributors of all products that we sell.

 
PaperStory is under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, external force, damage caused by the buyer or any other party, or damage caused by the incorrect installation, use, modification, storage or repair of the goods.


International postage: We are able to post orders to our International friends, with the exception of America and Canada, due to our insurance limitations. Cost of postage is calculated on an individual basis, based on the weight and size of the products. 


When placing an overseas order, the website does not allow automatic check out for countries other than the UK and BFPO. Please send a photo of your basket, or a list of your requirements to admin@paperstory.co.uk. The buyer is liable for any import taxes that may be applied.
