All large letters up to 750 gms and the majority of Small Parcel deliveries under 1kg will be posted using 1st class Royal Mail delivery service.
High value items:- i.e. Chameleon Pens will be sent tracked and traced with insured delivery.
We will always do our very best to post your order as quickly as possible. Our post office drop off point, closes at 3 pm every day, we leave around 2.30 pm to reach the drop off point in time.
Orders after 12 pm will not always make that day’s delivery - due to the delivery paperwork being processed correctly.
If you have
a paper "emergency" and need an order posting urgently, or after 3 pm
then please contact us, and we will always try to accommodate your request.

packaging is calculated as accurately as we can. We use a weight and
packaging formula which is generated by the website, to take into account the packaging and materials needed to send orders out, as well as the postal cost. We also have a selection
of promotional Freepost items available in the store. Which offer great value.
Freepost items are added with any other Freepost item, the postage will remain
Free. When added with a postage paid item, then a postage cost is automatically
Fimo Soft and Effect special offer. Add as many blocks as you like for just £2.99
If you require posting to a BFPO address the postal rates may have to be increased slightly, depending on the total weight and size of package your order needs to be dispatched in - as Royal Mail have a slightly different formula than that used for UK mainland. Please contact us for details
parcel postage cost is calculated on an individual basis, based on the weight,
size of the products. We will always do our best to find the best quote. To place
an overseas order, please send us a photo of your basket, or send a list of
your requirements to firstname.lastname@example.org
If things go wrong....
Missing Parcel Policy
In the unfortunate event of a missing parcel. If a parcel has not arrived within 15 working days, we will make a claim with the Royal Mail. Our aim is to ensure you are entirely happy with the service we offer, and will work with you for an amicable solution. We always keep proof of postage receipts, and will follow Royal Mail delivery and claim guidelines
We are unable to accept responsibility if you have provided us with an incorrect delivery address upon ordering.
If items sent to a customer are returned to PaperStory i.e. due to non-collection after the Royal Mail or the Courier have attempted to deliver and have left a card with collection / redelivery details, we will contact the customer as soon as we receive the items back. On these occasions, it will be necessary to ask for the postage costs to be paid again by the customer, before the items can be re-sent to them.
If you believe postage may be obtained at a better price than listed, then please feel free to contact us, and we will assess the costing of your order.
