Missing Parcel Policy
In the unfortunate event of a missing parcel. If a parcel has not arrived within 10 working days, we will make a claim with the Royal Mail.
If an incorrect delivery address has been provided, then a claim for replacement or refund will not be actioned. In this circumstance, we will inform you if the parcel is returned to PaperStory.
We are able to post orders to our International friends, with the exception of America and Canada, due to our insurance limitations.
Cost of postage is calculated on an individual basis, based on the weight and size of the products.
When placing an overseas order, the website does not allow automatic check out for countries other than the UK and BFPO. Please send a photo of your basket, or a list of your requirements to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The buyer is liable for any import taxes that may be applied.
For BFPO deliveries the postal rates may require adjustment dependant on the total weight and size of package - Please contact us for details
Packaging – Recycling
We use high quality packing boxes; all inclusion packaging has been reused and recycled. We collect and reuse bubble wrap, pillow bags, and packaging materials that we receive from our suppliers We are pleased to let you know that we have never purchased any inclusion packaging whilst trading. We are committed to recycling and use biodegradable and recycled products where purchased. Cello bags, will be replaced with environmentally friendly option once our current stock has depleted.
We would love you to reuse any packaging you receive from us.
Alternative uses for bubble wrap:– Use in wet felting, create texture in paint, insulate a greenhouse or protect your plants.
All papers are FSC approved.
You may cancel the order within 14 days, notify PaperStory and return the item in its unused condition and in its original packaging. It is the buyers’ responsibility to pay for return postage on non-faulty items and for its safe arrival. A full refund will be issued by PaperStory receiving the returned item in the condition is was sent.
We make every effort to insure the safe arrival of goods. Should a fault arise or be identified, the buyer should make contact with PaperStory within 30 days of purchase, to make a claim based on any defect in the quality, or condition of the goods. Notify PaperStory in writing on discovery of the defect, we will respond to the claim within two working days. This does not effect manufacturer warrantee, we work closely with our partners and authorised distributors of all products that we sell.

In the case of faulty goods, the goods need to be returned to PaperStory. Once the item has been returned, the buyer will be issued a full refund, including the return postage cost. Please contact PaperStory before returning any items, as we may be able to decide on an action without a return.
PaperStory shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, external force, damage caused by the buyer or any other party, or damage caused by the incorrect installation, use, modification, storage or repair of the goods.
